Approach

My approach is collaborative, client-centered and strengths-based. I offer virtual therapy sessions and I strive to create a supportive, warm and inclusive environment. I am committed to offering a safe place for clients from all backgrounds and identities. I help clients clarify their needs, define their boundaries and challenge the patterns that no longer serve them in order to reach their goals and live their best life. I use an integrative approach, which means I use different modalities when needed, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, somatic therapy, motivational interviewing, among others. I address a wide spectrum of issues, including anxiety, life transitions, depression, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, stress management, women's issues, and parenting challenges.
